I’m so horribly sad that this series is over. It’s hard to compare this with my other favorite of Roseanna’s A Name Unknown, but this might tie for first place.
This past series has hit on some of my favorite things with nature elements and the Lord’s creation adding it’s voice as another character in the story.
I didn’t think book two could be topped, but this one just hit ALL the right notes. The chivalrous main character paired with the tales of King Arthur and the legends of the round table, as well as our other MC who is in desperate need of a knight in shining armor… I’m not sure it gets much better than this.
The large cast only adds to the charm as the myriad of voices and characters we have come to know and love over the course of the series play off each other so well. I’ve never found myself swooning and laughing so much over a book. This definitely hit the top three of the year for me. I honestly can’t recommend it enough.
If you are looking for Christian fiction that hits all the right notes, doesn’t shy away from tough topics, keeps you turning pages, and has deep themes without being too “preachy” (whatever that means) Basically, that is perfection, then you will want to read this series!
It’s taking a place as a favorite that I can’t wait to share with anyone and everyone who will listen.

I have a question. What was the scale of romance? (if you know what I mean)
